pitch dark rooms water replenishment

the location was central to main tourist attractions, i found it acceptable.

the rooms were entirely pitch dark with all lights on, its uncomfortable. they did not replenish our water even once . i've never experienced this in a 5 star hotel or even a suite.

warm welcome plaza view rooftop terrace fairytale feel

Fatima and luis greeted us. Their warmth created instant comfort. our room looked over the plaza, each morning greeted by light. the rooftop terrace, a whispered secret, promised untold stories under the stars. its beauty.

the minibar water wasn't replenished daily, a minor oversight.

street noise limited breakfast options

the location proved acceptable as a central base for exploring the city despite what came next.

The room i got lacked proper soundproofing. Street noise disrupted sleep consistently i also found the breakfast options limited and not particularly fresh the staff, while polite, struggled to address issues promptly leaving a sense of unresolved problems.

helpful concierge attentive team quiet space gym closure bland breakfast closed facilities

the concierge kindly helped with directions. he wrote down instructions to help my mom, a very thoughtful gesture. the team remembered my request for a quiet place to take a call early in the morning. they had someone ready to assist in the lobby at 3 am. the team proactively offered a mobile hotspot when the wifi was down, very helpful.

the gym was closed . the hotel didn't offer anything for the gym closure. breakfast was bland, and the egg dishes lacked flavor. i found this disappointing for a 5 star hotel. several facilities were closed, impacting my experience.

Wonderful Hospitality and Prime Location

I appreciated the wonderful staff and excellent service. The team provided helpful advice about local attractions and secured tickets for various sites. The hotel provided immaculate, spacious accommodations with bespoke rooms and a large bar area. I also enjoyed the convenient rooftop pool area.

The air conditioning settings were not intuitive , requiring me to call for adjustments one evening.
